1. Agreement

By accessing or using saveto.me (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

saveto.me is a Personal Internet Library that can import browser bookmarks, organize and tag saved pages, detect duplicates, index content, search by keywords or meaning, check links, synchronize account data, and generate answers based on saved sources. Features may be experimental, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the product develops.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information through a supported identity provider, keep your account secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards. You may not transfer an account without permission.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content and organization you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, index, transform, and transmit that content only as necessary to provide, protect, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the content and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights.

Saving a link does not transfer ownership of the linked page. Third-party websites remain governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and intellectual-property rights.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or contractual restrictions.
• Store or distribute malware, illegal content, or material intended to facilitate harm.
• Attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls, disrupt availability, or bypass limits.
• Operate automated scraping, resale, or high-volume access not expressly authorized by us.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or use the Service for fraud or abuse.

6. AI and automated results

AI-generated folders, tags, summaries, search rankings, and answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They are assistance, not professional advice. Verify important information against the linked source and use independent judgment, especially for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

7. Plans, limits, and payment

Current or future features may be subject to usage limits or paid plans. Any applicable price, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation terms, and material plan limits will be disclosed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, access offered without charge does not guarantee permanent free availability.

8. Suspension, termination, and export

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export data before termination.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. 10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, saveto.me and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event or USD 100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

11. General terms

These Terms constitute the agreement between you and us concerning the Service and supersede prior statements on that subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.
